Marc Deppe founded our company 40 years ago with a clear goal in mind, a great deal of courage and entrepreneurial passion. His pioneering spirit and innovative spirit not only laid the foundations for our success today but also played a key role in shaping the development of the aerosol filling
industry.

Under his leadership, the company grew steadily – always with the aim of combining quality, reliability and progress. His values and his attitude still shape our daily work today.

It is particularly pleasing that his entrepreneurial legacy lives on in the family: his son Lucas Deppe is now the second generation to run the company with just as much commitment and responsibility. In this way, the vision of the founder remains alive – with a view to the future and the firm foundationsof the past.

Our team at the show, Sascha Zeller, Dr Manuel Neumeier and Gildas Feudjio, focused on sustainability and new dispensing systems.

We gathered many ideas for more environmentally friendly aerosol technologies – an important step for our future development. Personal dialogue with our business partners was once again the focus this year. We were pleased to discuss the latest developments and make new plans for 2025.

We are proud to celebrate two colleagues who, together with the team, ensure the high quality of our products through their expertise and commitment:

Dr Gregor Bruder, who has been with the team for 25 years, is an expert in research and development. His spirit of innovation drives our product development. Oliver Kollmann, who has been with us for 20 years, is the Technical Operations Manager, responsible for organizing the monitoring and testing of our systems, ensuring smooth operations and a continuous improvement process.

We would like to thank them for their many years of loyalty and expertise, which guarantee our customers the highest quality and continuity.

Improved working conditions: Thanks to our partnership with HPZ, our production team is supported by an InJob team that handles work preparation and complaints. This allows us to focus on our core processes and increase efficiency.

Modern offices: Following the renovation of an additional building, we offer our employees new single and double offices, as well as a meeting room that encourages dialogue and teamwork.

Focus on employee needs: A covered bicycle shed, a new smoking area and additional parking make the working day more pleasant. The newly designed break room ensures relaxation and motivation.

Team growth and training: The positive growth of the business has enabled us to take on new staff and we are particularly pleased to have on board seven apprentices who bring a breath of fresh air and new ideas.
