This website uses Google Maps to display a map of the site. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected data and data provided by you by Google, one of its representatives, or third parties. The terms of use for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics. This service is provided by Google Inc (“Google”).
Google Analytics is a service provided by Google. Google uses so-called “cookies”, text files, which are stored on your computer. This enables the usage analysis of this website by you. The cookie generates information about your use of this website and transmits this information (including your IP address) to a Google server in the USA and stores it. The use of the "anonymizeIP" function for your IP address guarantees within the European Union or member states of the European Economic Area the shortening of the IP address by the last octet, whereby a clear assignment of the IP address is thus no longer possible.

The information is used by Google to evaluate your use of the website. Reports on website activities are created for the website operator and other services associated with website use and internet use are made possible. The information may be transferred by Google to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
Ads are placed on websites on the Internet by third-party providers and Google. Google and third-party providers will use the data to serve ads on third-party websites.

Your IP address will in no case be associated with other data from Google. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. You can deactivate the use and storage of cookies by Google by making the appropriate setting in your browser software by visiting www.google.de/privacy/ads and clicking the “Opt-Out” button.
Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative deactivation page at www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp. Further information on Google’s terms and conditions can be found at www.google.com/intl/de/privacy.

If you object to the use of cookies, please note that you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Google Ads
The controller advertises this website via Google AdWords. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads both in Google's search engine results and in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to specify certain keywords in advance, by means of which an ad is displayed in Google’s search engine results exclusively when the user retrieves a keyword-relevant search result using the search engine. In the Google advertising network, the advertisements are distributed to topic-relevant websites by means of an automatic algorithm and in compliance with the previously defined keywords.

The operating company of the Google AdWords services is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The purpose of Google AdWords is to advertise our website by displaying interest-relevant advertising on the websites of third-party companies and in the search engine results of the Google search engine.

If a data subject accesses our website via a Google ad, a so-called conversion cookie is stored by Google on the data subject's information technology system. What cookies are has already been explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and is not used to identify the data subject. The conversion cookie is used to track whether certain web pages on our website have been called up, provided that the cookie has not yet expired. Through the conversion cookie, both we and Google can track whether a data subject who arrived at our website via an AdWords ad generated or canceled a conversion.
The data and information collected by the conversion cookie are used by Google to compile visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are in turn used by us to determine the total number of users who were referred to us via AdWords ads, i.e. to determine the success or failure of the respective AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads for the future. Neither our company nor other advertising customers of Google AdWords receive information from Google by means of which the data subject could be identified.

By using the conversion cookie, personal information, such as the websites visited by the data subject, is stored. Each time the data subject visits our websites, personal data, including the IP address of the internet connection used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass on this personal data collected via the technical procedure to third parties.

The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as already described above, at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the data subject has the option to object to interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, the data subject must go to https://www.google.de/settings/adsaufrufen from any of the internet browsers he or she uses and make the desired settings there.

Further information and the applicable privacy policy of Google can be found at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.

The controller has integrated components of DoubleClick by Google on this website.
DoubleClick is a brand of Google, under which mainly special online marketing solutions are marketed to advertising agencies and publishers.

The operating company of DoubleClick by Google is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

DoubleClick by Google transfers data to the DoubleClick server with each impression as well as with clicks or other activities. Each of these data transfers triggers a cookie request to the browser of the data subject. If the browser accepts this request, DoubleClick sets a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. What cookies are has already been explained above. The purpose of the cookie is the optimization and display of advertising. The cookie is used, among other things, to place and display user-relevant advertising and to create reports on advertising campaigns or to improve them. Furthermore, the cookie is used to avoid multiple displays of the same advertisement.

DoubleClick uses a cookie ID, which is required to handle the technical process. The cookie ID is required, for example, to display an advertisement in a browser. DoubleClick can also use the cookie ID to record which advertisements have already been displayed in a browser in order to avoid duplicate placements. Furthermore, the cookie ID enables DoubleClick to record conversions. Conversions are recorded, for example, when a DoubleClick ad has previously been displayed to a user and the user subsequently makes a purchase on the advertiser’s website using the same Internet browser.

A DoubleClick cookie does not contain any personal data. However, a DoubleClick cookie may contain additional campaign identifiers. A campaign identifier serves to identify the campaigns with which the user has already been in contact.

By each call of one of the web pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a DoubleClick component has been integrated, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically caused by the
respective DoubleClick component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online advertising and the settlement of commissions. As part of this technical process, Google obtains knowledge of data that Google also uses to generate commission statements. Among other things, Google can track that the data subject has clicked on certain links on our website.

The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as already described above, at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already set by Google can be deleted at any time via an internet browser or other software programs.

Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of DoubleClick by Google can be found at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.

4. Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must
connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ .

5. Visitor detection with the help of a tracking pixel
For analysis and marketing purposes, AEROCHEMICA uses products and services that are provided by Visable GmbH (www.visable.com) in cooperation with the latter. For this purpose, counting pixel technology is used to collect, process and store data to create at least pseudonymized, and where possible and reasonable, completely anonymized usage profiles. The collected data, which may initially still contain personal data, is transmitted to Visable or collected directly by Visable and used there to create the above-mentioned usage profiles. No personal identification of visitors to this website takes place, and no other personal data is merged with the usage profiles. If IP addresses are identified as personal, they are deleted immediately. You can object to the forms of processing described here at any time with effect for the future: Exclude visitor tracking (note: link sets a 1st-party cookie for an opt-out).

6. Data collection on our website
The Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective, and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited. Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for the analysis of your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

6.2 Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done based on Art. 6 (1) lit. BDSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the
fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process, and use personal data about the use of our websites (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user. The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
